We currently only support shipping within the United States.
Order Handling Time
It takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order after we receive your paid order, and we will email you a shipping email with a tracking number once the order has been processed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Processing times do not include Saturdays and Sundays.
Transit Time
We expect orders to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Cancelling An Order
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours from placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at support@couragezeropoint.com to cancel within the time period described above.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delayed Package
All estimated delivery dates are calculated based on average manufacturing times and your selected shipping method, and do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.When the transportation is delayed due to various force majeure factors such as weather, roads, etc., please do not be anxious,we will help you monitor the logistics.
Lost Packages
If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the post office to find the package.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved.
